Tips for the perfect fit
- Measure at the end of the day. Fingers swell slightly throughout the day, so this gives the most reliable reading.
- Avoid extreme temperatures. Cold shrinks fingers, heat expands them. Measure at room temperature.
- Measure three times. Take the average for best accuracy.
- Between sizes? Size up. A slightly loose ring is better than one that feels tight.
- Sensor placement matters. The ring should sit snug enough that the sensors stay in contact with your skin, but loose enough to slide off without force.
